At Halo we work closely with and recommend one of the country’s leading nutritionists. Jamie Richards specialises in using food as medicine and a way to help people enhance the way their body works. Improving sports performance is about giving the body the nutrition it needs to work well. Jamie has a progressive approach to nutrition and promotes a thorough understanding of the relationship between what you eat and how you feel – both physically and emotionally.
It works for families too. Jamie has been supporting the Georgi household for many years, helping to improve the elite performance of my children and changing the way we eat generally to support all our health, including that of over 80 year old granddad!
